They not only have the skills that far exceed the others, but they also have the fame that is widely known in the business world. 1. Steve Krug
He wrote the book called, "Don't make me think!" It is considered the core text for the usability majors, and he just recently published the third edition as well.
2. Don Norman
He serves on the Interaction Design Foundation's board, and he is one of the most famous UX designers in the world. He is said to be the person that coined the term "user experience"

She was once the head design of Google, Yahoo, and Udacity.
4. Olof Schybergson
He is co-founder and CEO of Fjord, one of the world's leading service design consultancies. He has worked with BBC, Citibank, and Foursquare in the past
